Critico Security has been providing security & concierge services to London’s homeless charities for over 15 years.
We provide a wide range of services including manned access, street patrols & internal patrols.
Our specific aims within our clients’ premises include prevention of physical/verbal abuse, substance & alcohol misuse, self harm, violence
and anti social behaviour.
Working in conjunction with councils & charities, our compassionate approach to homeless people allows us to support the service provider to ensure the safety & wellbeing of everyone accessing the facilities, and helping to create a safe space for homeless people & support agency staff.

Our staff are more than just guards, they are an integral part of the support team and are specially selected for their compassionate & empathetic approach, ensuring vulnerable people in our care are treated with respect & courtesy, building a relationship based on trust.
Fully licensed, trained & vetted by the Security Industry Authority (SIA), all our staff also hold adult safeguarding certification & an Enhanced DBS. They can be further ‘up-skilled’ with client-specific training. They are continuously monitored by a management team with more than 60 years’ combined experience in the security industry.
